First Degree Reiki

First Degree Reiki is known as “shoden” and is the first step in the ongoing journey toward self-realisation. The focus in this level is on self-healing, allowing you to learn tools to support you in creating a self-healing practice and be attuned to Reiki energy.

In this course we will focus on:

• What Reiki is

• The basics of the Reiki method

• The history of Reiki

• How Reiki works

• The Chakra system

• The benefits of Reiki

• Why it is important to practice self-healing

• Receive initiation to Reiki energy

It is preferable that you have experienced a one-on-one session either with Stacey or another practitioner (but not essential and will be assessed case by case). Please contact Stacey if you are unsure or have any questions, or would like to book in for a one-one-one with Stacey.

Level 1 includes a workbook and a certificate of attendance.
